IMPORTANT POINTS TO KEEP IN MIND PRIOR TO STARTING YOUR RESERVATION PROCESS:

- Cancellation notice of 48 hours is required for boarding and day care in order to receive a full refund during low peak season. Holiday cancellations are required  at least two weeks in advance.

- New Clients are required to pay for services in advance.

- There will be a surcharge of $5-$10 on major holidays on certain services.  Please refer to the "Services & Prices" page for more information.

- Please mention any coupon or promotional offers to guarantee the best possible pricing.

A LATE FEE OF $10 WILL BE CHARGED FOR EVERY HALF HOUR PAST YOUR SCHEDULED PICK-UP TIME.

A SCHEDULED LATE CHECK-OUT BY 2 P.M. WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL $25

A SCHEDULED LATE CHECK-OUT BY 6 P.M. WILL RESULT IN AN ADDIDTIONAL FULL DAY CARE FEE
