IMPORTANT POINTS TO KEEP IN MIND PRIOR TO STARTING YOUR RESERVATION PROCESS:
- Cancellation notice of 48 hours is required for boarding and day care in order to receive a full refund during low peak season. Holiday cancellations are required at least two weeks in advance.
- New Clients are required to pay for services in advance.
